The Landscapes around Dol de Bretagne and Pleine Fougères vary in color and shape, whilst dominated by the bay of Mont Saint Michel, the marshes and farmland offer tranquility and peace.

The black marshes of Roz landrieux... These marshes are separated and drained by canals and paths, ideal for walks or cycling.

The remarkable marshland of Sougeal.. 175 habitable hectares...The center of the bay's ecosystem and the heart of the region's wetland's. Sougeal's marshes are renowned for the production of pike, which increased specially after the modernisation of the hydraulic systems. Many types of water birds frequent this marshland... Admist all the marshes, the marshes of Sougeal are most inhabited by all sorts of ducks, specially for their nightly feeds (colvert ducks, whistling ducks, chirping birds, pintails, winter teals). Since many years cattle, horses, geese graze together on the marshes od Sougeal.
