Come to the Baie du Mont Saint-Michel, a UNESCO World Heritage site that is a "must" for any visitor. The bay, 25.000 hectares of sand and water, is subject to the strongest tides in Europe. It has magnificent, ever-changing scenery, an almost indefinable atmosphere and some outstanding sights !

Guided walks are organised regularly, giving visitors a chance to find out more about the Bay, its scenery, its natural heritage (flora, water fowl, marine animals etc.) and its mussel farming on stakes.

An extensive permanent exhibition provides a glimpse of the mussel farmer’s work and the natural environment in and around the Bay.

At the visitor’s centre, we can also cater for school parties and we are registered with the French Ministry of Education. We provide talks, practical workshops, and walks on a theme.
